Partner Agreement

This is the whole agreement between you and BossBabeGangster LLC, which operates AI New Start. It is one page on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask before you join — support@newstartaitakeover.com.

What you earn

• 30% of the product price on every paid order that comes through your referral link.
• 40% from your eleventh sale onward, on the same terms.
• 10% of every paid order made through the link of a partner who joined through yours — for as long as the program runs.

Commission is calculated on the order subtotal after any discount, before tax and shipping. It is rounded to the nearest cent.

When you are paid

• Commissions are reviewed and paid on the 5th of each month.
• You are paid once your balance reaches $25.
• Below that, the balance carries over to the following month.
• Payment goes by PayPal or bank transfer, whichever you chose when you joined.

How referrals are tracked

When someone arrives through your link, your code is remembered in their browser. Anyone who buys from that browser afterwards is credited to you, so you do not have to send them twice. Referrals are credited to the last link the buyer arrived through.

What you must do

• Say that you earn from it. Every message you send must make clear that you may earn a commission if someone buys through your link. This is a legal requirement, and the swipe copy we give you already includes it.
• Share honestly. Describe the products as what they are — education and a plan. Only recommend them to people it genuinely suits.
• Keep your payout details current. Tell us if they change.

What you must not do

• No spam, and no unsolicited email — only people who know you, or who opted in to hear from you.
• No bidding on the AI New Start name, or on anything confusingly close to it, in paid search or ads.
• No promising income, results or earnings of any kind. Nobody can promise that, and you must not imply it.
• No self-referrals. Buying through your own link, or through a link you arranged, earns nothing.
• No coupons, discounts or codes you were not given, and no claiming to represent AI New Start.
• No copying the site, the products or the emails and presenting them as your own.

Your words and ours

Everything we give you — the swipe file, the sales pages, the workbooks and the emails — is copyright BossBabeGangster LLC. You have our permission to use it for one purpose only: promoting AI New Start with your own referral link. You may not sell it, pass it on as a download, or use it to promote anything else.

• Change the words. Do not publish the same wording another partner is publishing. Platforms treat repeated identical posts as spam, and it reads as copied content. Keep the meaning and the disclosure, and rewrite the sentences in your own voice.
• Our words or your own — never someone else's. Do not copy another creator's, brand's or partner's content. What you publish is yours, and you agree to cover any claim that arises from content you wrote or copied.
• We can ask you to take something down. If a post breaks these rules we will ask you to remove it. If it stays up, we may suspend the account.

Refunds and reversals

If an order is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the commission on it is reversed — including any tier-2 commission paid on the same order. If the commission had already been paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

Suspension and leaving

We may suspend or remove a partner who breaks any rule above, and commissions earned on orders placed before that point stay payable. You can leave at any time by emailing support@newstartaitakeover.com — your unpaid balance at the $25 threshold is still paid on the next payout date.

Changes

The program is free to join and has no minimum. We may change the rates, the payout threshold or the payout date, and we will email every active partner before any change takes effect. Changes never apply to commissions you have already earned.
