When you join our email list, request the free checklist, or purchase a product, we collect the information you provide — typically your name and email address, and your order details when you buy. We do not collect sensitive financial data directly; payments are processed by our payment provider under their own privacy and security standards.
How We Use Information
- To deliver the digital products and free resources you request.
- To send you emails related to your purchase or subscription, including a welcome sequence and occasional updates.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To improve our content and products.
Email Communications
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in every email. Transactional messages related to your purchase will still be sent when necessary.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (such as email and payment platforms), under their own privacy policies, and as required by law.
How Long We Keep Information
Each kind of record is kept only as long as it has a job to do.
- Email list — While you are subscribed, and 30 days after you unsubscribe. Removed automatically.
- Abandoned carts — 90 days from when the cart was left. Removed automatically.
- Support messages — 24 months after the message is answered. Removed automatically.
- Starter Kit email sequence — 24 months after the 30 days finish. Removed automatically.
- Course progress and your workbook — While your account exists. Deleted on request, or when you close your account.
- Comments and ratings on articles — While the article is published. Removed with the article.
- Orders, refunds and affiliate payouts — Seven years. Kept because tax and accounting law requires it, then removed.
The first four are applied automatically on the first of each month. Nothing on this list is kept indefinitely, and nothing is kept because deleting it was never anyone's job.
